Shipping & delivery of your order
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days,
subject to stock availability and security checks.
Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand
(such as spring & Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the
shipping of your order, so please allow extra time for
delivery. If for any reason there's a major delay with
the expected delivery time we'll
contact you and explain the situation.
Rush orders can be arranged by call-in only
(210-885-0811), and may be subject to additional fees. All
orders delivered to mainland U.S. addresses are shipped
via UPS or USPS.
Please note that you will be charged in US$ and your
credit card will be debited in your own currency. The
actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus
the final amount in your local currency) will be
determined by your credit card company.
The customer is responsible for any import duties
incurred by the relevant customs and excise body of the
customerís country of residence. Mail costs are
calculated automatically during the order process.

We have a simple but comprehensive
returns and refunds policy which means that most
queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the
phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we
will try to respond by the next business day, either
resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale
for resolution of the issue.
Returns and Refunds
...are both easy as part of our total customer service.
We believe that you will be delighted with your product
but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary
to return an item. We will process your return as soon
as practically possible, but following the instructions
below should expedite this process. These Terms do not
affect your statutory rights.
Our policy is to insure that you are satisfied every
time you place an order with Lone Star Woodcraft. If you
are unhappy with an item when you receive it, or if you
simply change your mind, please return it within 30
days, unused and complete with original packaging and
all components, along with the packing slip, for a full
refund less shipping costs. Once we have inspected the returned item
and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the
same condition it was when delivered to you, we will
issue the refund within 30 days or earlier directly to
the credit card used to place the original order. You
will only have to pay for the return mail cost of the

We try to fulfill your Order and package the Products
properly to insure they arrive in good condition.
However, if a Product arrives damaged, we will replace
it free of charge or provide a full refund including
shipping as appropriate. Please contact us
at 210-885-0811 immediately upon receipt and we will arrange a refund or
replacement. In these circumstances, an insurance claim
will be initiated by us and we will handle all shipping
charges if the item is to be returned. This does not
affect your statutory rights.
